Contact form submissions. When you fill in the contact form, the following information is collected: your name, email address, and message content. This data is sent via Web3Forms and delivered to Debora’s email inbox. It is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored in any database on this website.

Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting server (Fasthosts) may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is held briefly for security purposes and is not used to identify individual visitors.

This site does not use any analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and does not track your behaviour across the web.

3. Legal basis for processing

Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent — by submitting the form, you are actively choosing to share your information. Server log data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in maintaining the security and performance of the site.

4. How long is data kept?

Contact form messages are kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider according to their standard policies. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing deborabaldelli.website@gmail.com.
